  • Very unhappy with the competence of the staff. Procedures are administered without contacting insurance, quotes are given without insurance involvement and Pam is dishonest. We asked if we were in network, she said yes, you certainly are and months later we get hit with thousands due because we were in fact out of network. When you trust someone and a practice who doesn't do as they say, it's very difficult to give a good review. Thank you for spending our money without our knowledge-it's obvious customer service isn't the number one concern and making money is.
