  • Horrible Management. I called in December to book my wedding appointment for my bridal party and me. The person on the phone told me to book it after the holidays. I called back again in January and told me to try out the salon and she how I like it. Which I did try it out in February and wanted to book with them. After the February appointment, I called them to book the appointment for my bridal party and I. The manager told me to come in and make the appointment in person knowing that my wedding was in May. Since the salon is an hour away, I could not make time until late March. In the March appointment, my hair stylist was okay. She kept telling me that once I book my wedding party to NOT request her. Not something I want to hear when she is doing my hair! After I checked out, I inquired about booking services for my bridal party. The manager made me write down the services we wanted and told me that she would call me within the week. If I knew the manager was going to just called me, I would have just made it over the phone. I could have saved a couple of hours. The manager just called me today and told me (very rudely might I add) that she could not fit us it. What a waste of time. Poor communication and management skills. Off to Primp and Blow, where they easily fit my bridal party and I in without the attitude.
