  • Was in Montreal for vacation and I decided I really needed to get my brows done so I stopped by. It was completely empty when I came in, I should've known and walked the other way. I came in and I said I would like to get my eyebrows waxed she quietly pointed at the chair for me to sit and I said I only want them cleaned out. She completely messed up my right brow. She made it way thinner than my other brow and when I told her to stop she wanted to keep thinning my brow and kept arguing that she was right. I have never had such a horrible experience
