Red Mountain has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Arrived for my 1230 appointment 10 minutes late because I got lost (I called and advised I was lost BTW) with my new patient paperwork completed and ready. Nice gal at the front desk says that I have to reschedule my appointment because my provider is going to lunch. WTF!! Drove all the way out here and I can't be seen??? Why schedule an appt at 12:30?? How long was this 'provider' going to spend with me before collecting my $$ and running to lunch?? So angry! I will NEVER do business with these folks!!!
