  • They left my mom in an ER room for 3 hours without a blanket or a pillow. I tried to ask the doctor and nurse politely why that was and they ignored me. She was in a lot of pain and I tried to ask if she could get some medicine and they ignored me once more. This is not the first time I or my family have had a horrible experience at this hospital. Go to Spring Valley Hospital.
