My family and I came to Cantina 1511 for my grandfather's 60th birthday. We were served complimentary chips and salsa which were absolutely delicious. The chips were thin and crispy while the salsa had a strong taste of cilantro (which I loved). The service however was not good at all. They never came and refilled our drinks, chips, or salsa without being asked, even when there was close to nobody in the restaurant. They just really didn't care or do the duties of good waiters. The food didn't impress either, I had a chicken quesadilla that had really weird tasting cheese. The enchiladas were gross looking and dry also. However, the tres leches cake was pretty good and very moist . Overall, I probably wont come back to Cantina 1511 because of personal preferences.
