  • A RANDOM spa showed up in my backyard on Monday. We NEVER ORDERED or even have been to PROFICIENT PATIOS. Apparently they delivered to the wrong address, went in my backyard, used a crane, and set a spa on my back patio. My husband arrived as they were finishing. He said it wasn't ours; they would NOT take it back. We called the manager....kept getting transferred to SUZANNE-EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. I kept saying you delivered a spa that is not ours - someone else paid for this! She finally agreed to have it picked up on Thursday at 8am. I said they needed to be on time, as my kids leave for school at 8am. Crane didn't show up until almost 10am. I've called and asked for owner, Jessica, many times. When they FINALLY transferred me, she laughed at my predicament. Laughed. Boy is she lucky I didn't just keep it and sell it. I asked if it was normal procedure to drop off thousands of dollars worth of materials without knocking on the door and confirming address, and she said yes! I asked if the owner would be doing anything to accommodate our time and assistance upon returning the spa...she LAUGHED. I have never done business with this company, and advise the buyer to shop elsewhere. Worst customer service ever, even when trying to fix the company's COSTLY mistake for them!
