  • This is a followup to my previous comment. I was impressed that they actually reached out to me and proactively worked to fix the issue. Even after I ignored their first attempt they persisted to make it right. I will be back to give them another try, everyone has a bad day every once in awhile, but only outstanding companies take the time to make it right.
