  • Disappointed to have a good show ruined by a poor, condescending and dismissive interaction with box office supervisor Kym Mercille in Vancouver. Don't mind paying the big fees for such a great event but very annoying interaction pre-show and poor judgement on a trivial parking issue by a non-talent employee who should be enhancing the main experience.
