| - My Jewish family and I loveeee The Bagel Cafe. We dine in occasionally, but usually get stuff to go. They have a huge assortment of bagels and cream cheeses, as well as deli salads, fish, cold cuts, and some amazing desserts for purchase. The bagels are my favorite. They are soft and baked in house with over a dozen flavors. They are extra delicious if you can get them fresh out of the oven. We usually get a baker's dozen, which is 13 bagels, and a flavored cream cheese, as well as egg and tuna salads. This makes for a yummy brunch.
My last visit was on a Sunday around 1 and I was in and out quickly. You order at the deli counter, and then pay at the register. For a dozen bagels, 1 pound of lox cream cheese, a pound of tuna salad, and half a pound of egg salad I spent $40. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it. You get what you pay for, and you are paying for quality food. Whenever anyone suggests bagels, this is the place we always go to.
I recommend not coming early on weekends if you can help it, because they are jam packed and there is always a line. They are open during the week until 8pm and until 5pm on weekends.
