Their soups such as their pho are amazing. I've heard some complain that it's too salty but I like my food to be somewhat salty so that isn't a concern for me. But their pho broth has tremendous depth of flavour with bountiful rice noodles and side condiments of bean sprouts, lime, thai basil, and culantro (saw tooth herb I think it's called). I have tried some of their other dishes such as their bun, etc and I didn't really care for them. I guess it's their soups that draws their customers.
