  • Contains LEGAL INFO This place damaged several areas of my vehicle using scratchy sponges including: the front bumper, side mirrors, hood and roof. I noticed about 2 days later and called immediately. The manager was very attentive and told me to come to the carwash right away! Although they had closed for the day, he was so understanding. At no point was he frustrated or in denial of the damages. His ability to calm me by walking me through the entire process in great detail and providing me with all necessary information to complete a claim was effortless. The insurance auditor inspected my vehicle a day later, while I was in the nail salon.A week later I received a check. It was an extremely easy process. Despite the damages, the professionalism provided by this company allowed me to walk away with a decent experience. I would not go here again, but with the ease of the process I was never truly felt like I had to be up their ass. A shop behind Harris Teeter on Central did an awesome job buffering out all the scratches.
