I got lunch here with based on my coworkers suggestion. The panini itself was good, the issue was how I had asked for the cheese on the side because my wife is allergic to dairy and I was sharing it for her. When I picked it up to go they assured me the order was complete, I get home and what do you know, the cheese is completely melted on the sandwich. I called in to let them know they messed it up, and they're just like, oh, I'll let the chefs know. There was no apology or a rain check for a corrected sandwich. It's getting harder to find competent service where they can get it right the first time.
Edit: Stuff happens, but food allergies are important. Joe's Farm Grill has an excellent approach to handling allergies. All the grills are cleaned and the employees change gloves when making special orders.
TL;DR
The food is great there, make sure the order is complete before leaving.
