  • I've been coming to Envy for years and I'm usually happy with the results. My manicures last longer with no chipping than any place that I've gone. The staff is also very friendly. However, they do not pay any attention to appointments at all. It's honestly first come first served. I came in recently to get a manicure and they told me to write my name down and come back in 45 minutes and that would call if they had an opening earlier. I came back when they said and they proceeded to take 3 People before me who had come in after me originally and who's names were below mine on the list. The same thing goes for appointments. They don't reference their appointment book at all when choosing who to service next. You also cannot request a certain technician as far as I can tell. There are some good ones and some not as good and it's just the luck of the draw. I will most likely not be returning after my last experience. It's too inconsistent and I'm sick of having to wait even when you made an appointment.
