  • First and foremost, I'm astounded with such low reviews given. I have had nothing but the best quality in customer relations with this group. Kirbi was fantastic to work with, always prompt with whatever issue I had, and always kept me in the loop as to what was going on. When it came time to sign the lease, she reviewed "in detail" every little bit of fine print throughout. You really don't see that a lot nowadays and its nice to know TCT is looking out for your best interests by going over everything. On top of it all, there is no hidden fee's or anything of that nature. Everything is given upfront and explained thoroughly as to why that fee is there, if it is refundable or not etc. I have been truly blessed to have worked with a fine group of individuals and could not be prouder to continue our relationship for many years.
