rev:text	Came Here Only Because of the High Ratings and Stellar Reviews. The Food Quality For the Most Part Just Wasn't There, But the Real Short Fall Was the Terribly Slow Service. AMBIANCE: is Charming! Love the Dark Woods, Classic Fixtures and Decor. The entry way With View to Meat Aging is Unique as well! The Circus Circus seemed well kept on its Interior, not smoky or dingy, We were Well Surprised! SERVICE: Maybe the Slowest We Have Ever Had, It took 30 Minutes (literally) To Be Greeted, During Which We Were Able To Order Only Drinks, 10 Minutes Later (Total 40mins) We Were Finally Able to Order Our Food! That Should Not Occur At Any Establishment, Especially Not A Steakhouse! Never Even Had a Chance to Order More Drinks From Our Server (which we really wanted!) The Service Assistant Was Constantly at Our Table (wish we brought cash to hand him, he deserved it) Which We Appreciated! FOOD: The Sides Tasted Like That of a Chain Restaurant that Microwaves Everything, & Its Appearance was to Match Unfortunately. After Waiting 40mins to Order Our Food Came Out in 10mins Or Less(Not Sure How I Feel About That, Both A Good & Bad Thing?!?) We Ordered The Twin Lobster Tails and They Were Both Very Tough and Leathery. We have To Give Credit To The Petite Filet Which Was Wonderfully Textured and Flavored! The Bread Brought To The Table Was Also Very Good! Never Made It To Dessert Unfortunately We Wanted To But After Sitting For 20 Minutes After Finishing Our Main Course and No Waiter At Our Table Still, We Figured We Better Take Our Chances Elsewhere! I Really Wanted To Like This Place!
