This is 4 stars hotel. I don't think so. I don't even get any customer service or greeting message when I check in. There is no line up. 3 staffs are chatting behind the desk. They do not even acknowledge me. Finally, a lady is helping me. OMG, she just gets my ID and credit card. Then she gives me a paper to sign without explaination. I don't even know where should I sign. After that, she just gives me a room excess card to me. She doesn't even mention to me what is my room number, where is the elevator and what time is check out time? I am spending $400 for no service. There is no Hi, no thank you and she doesn't even address my name. She calls me "Sir".
InterContinental is one of well-known hotel. How come the service would be like that?
If I travel again, I will definite choose other hotel.
By the way, the location is prefect.
