  • I love the new , clean and modern hotel. The reason for 3 stars instead of 4 is that the outdoor lounge fire pit area was full of smokers. You are blasted with smoke upon entry. This area should be non smoking. Even one smoker ruins it for all They have a blackout shade but light seeps through the ends and my room 220 had a shade that was showing wear. the beds aren't really soft enough. Oddly the pillows are folded into each other and cases are very wrinkled. the sheets were very wrinkled also. +++++++UPDATE. I stayed here again and i left an earring on the nightstand. For sure left it and called when I realized it but their phones weren't working. I got a fax line. Later on, I called and they knew about the phone problem. Nevertheless,, they said NO earring was found. A bit suspicious!!!!!! In fact, i had nothing else in the room essentially. Nothing to really clean...... I asked them to look again in the room and nobody found anything...... The room cleaner was asked and he said nothing was found. odd
