rev:text	I saw what looked like an amazing deal on living social to have a television mounted with surround sound. I called and spoke with Joe and indicated that my roommate and I were interested in having a tv mounted and getting surround sound and that we had a coupon from living social. Joe was very upfront in letting me know that the living social deal was a little misleading, but he'd be willing to honor what the deal said, but he would like for us to purchase our surround sound from him. I appreciated his honesty, so I decided to continue with our conversation.He asked very specific questions to find out what I wanted. I indicated that we were into movies and gaming and wanted to get surround sound to have the amazing affect. He engaged in conversation with me about various games and it felt as if I were talking to a friend, so we talked about games a little longer. We then got back on track and he asked me our price range and I indicated that we weren't looking to spend a ton of money. I also mentioned that we were reluctant and hesitant to deal with anyone due to being ripped off in the past. He understood our hesitancy and offered not to accept any money until everything was installed and complete. This made my roommate and I feel more comfortable. We set up a time for him to come to our home for a consultation. Upon visiting he indicated that surround sound may not give us the sound we wanted with the way our home was designed. He then suggested a sound bar that would provide great sound quality. He offered to let us research it online and even told us he would price match with Best Buy. I was still reluctant to get a sound bar because I already had in my mind that I wanted surround sound, so I had more questions. He reassured me that the sound quality would be amazing, so we went with his recommendation. We then set up a time for him to come back. When he was scheduled to do the installation he arrived on time with his partner Speros and they got right to work. It didn't feel uncomfortable having them in the house....it kinda felt like we had two friends doing the installation for us the way we laughed and joked for a few hours. The only issue we ran into, which wasn't really an issue was that the HDMI cable Joe had wasn't long enough. He agreed to come back the next day in the morning with a long one and he did just that. He made sure that we knew how everything worked, let us test everything out and have hands on tutorials. He also stated that if we needed help taking it down when we decided to move to call him. Overall the service that we received was exceptional. We are thrilled with the sound quality of the sound bar and also with having our tv mounted. As Joe indicated we can now see what we were missing by not watching movies in HD or playing our PS3 in HD. We've watched all of our favorite movies over in HD, set our DVR to record all our shows in HD and enjoy playing video games just a little bit more. I even went out and purchased a video game that Joe recommended. I would definitely refer Joe to anyone I knew looking to have anything home theatre related done.
