  • "Waive your deductible"=8% of the total work done. Which means if you have a $1000 deductible, it would require work done of at least $12,500 which is enough to to total most vehicles. "Waiving" means to completely remove a fee, not discounting it a little bit. Absolutely a shady advertising scheme. Tried calling multiple times to set up an appointment and never once got a call back. I would always have to call to get answers. This place stinks, go to a legitimate shop!!!
