  • Although we bought our new Outback from this dealership and it was awesome then, the Service Dept now completely sucks. We also added every extended warranty @ maintenance service available, yet when I have scheduled oil changes done they actually charged me for "tire rotation and brake inspection". WTF? So every other oil change when they said "the brakes check out fine" they never even looked???? DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE. EVEN WHEN THE NEW STORE OPENS ON THE BELTWAY NEXT MONTH.
