Stay away from this airline! They will tease you with low fares and then by the time your done booking all the extras, which are normally included on other airlines, will bump your fare up to what any other airline charges. Also, forgot to print a boarding pass...$5.00. This is a big one, weight limit on checked bags is 40 pounds, every other major airline is 50 pounds. I can't tell you how many people I saw step aside and try to repack bags, others just paid an EXTRA FEE.
Recently we had an 81/2 delay on one of their flights, 2 hours on the plane and the rest in the terminal. The pilot deemed the plane unsafe to fly. Their compensation...a $100.00 voucher for future travel with them. Why would I ever fly with them again. When I called their customer service department I was told there was no one to talk with about my complaint and that I would have to send an e-mail. Well several days later I got a call from their CUSTOMER SERVICE department. I asked for cash or a refund on my ticket. And I really thought I could hear the customer service agent, on the phone, hold back a laugh. Terrible customer service. I am going to explore other options to include small claims court if I have to.
