| - I work at one of the shops in this mall, so I'm pretty familiar with it.
PROS
*Great variety of stores for all budgets, ages, and interests (I.e Nordstroms, H&M, lululemon, Oil and Vinegar, Children's Place, Perfumology, etc all under one roof)
*Lots of restaurant and fast food options, both in the food court and in the immediate vicinity (Panda, Paradise Bakery, McD's etc and Cheesecake Factory and Benihana's)
*Plenty of parking- you may not get a spot in the front row closest to Macys, but other than holidays, parking is generally not a problem, as in some malls. There are lots outside of all the major department stores (Macy's, Dillard's, Nordstroms, and Sears) as well as some near the food court and by the movie theater.
CONS
*Layout is confusing- it is hard to find some stores and very easy to get lost down the wrong hallway, and there are very few maps. Even after working in the mall for over a year, I still have a hard time giving directions without getting mixed up.
*The bathrooms are never clean. I mean they are absolutely disgusting. There are always a couple clogged toilets and several stalls without toilet paper and trash and who knows what else strewn all over the ground. If you need to use the bathroom, either go to a restaurant or department store or hold it!
*The Chandler mall is THE hangout place for the middle school crowd so don't be surprised to be surrounded by general nonsense and teenage hormones on Friday and Saturday nights.
In general it's a pretty decent mall- lots of variety for shopping and plenty to do and eat in the area,
