  • This was my first time eating here with friends who'd been here before. They warned me ahead of time that the food was good but the service was mediocre at best. Well they were on point about service. It was probably close to the slowest service I've experienced in awhile. It wasn't even crowded which was kinda odd. You would have thought the service would have been better. We ordered a cheese board. It was to include nuts and prosciutto. The nuts ended up being shaved almonds ( as my friend said something you would put on a salad) and rolled ham. I know what the difference is. We sent it back and the waiter said we're about to take it off the menu anyway. Could he have told us before we ordered it? So we made it simple for them and ordered chips, salsa and guacamole which again took forever to get to us. At this point we're all starving. I ordered a simple cheese burger. It honestly had no real flavor. They say brunch is a better time to come not that the service is any better but the food is better. I want to give Fez one more chance hopefully my next experience will be a better one.
