  • Watch out for this company..Its a husband and wife team that are horrible all the way around. I'm a technician for another company, and have followed these 2 for months now. One customer mentioned that the male is not only rude,but treats his wife horrible in front of his customers. I have seen them " rig " more than one unit, and have no idea how they keep the contract with First American Home Warranty. Im not saying this to get more bussiness for my company I work for,I just want people to watch out. I have been with my company for over 25 years now, and take pride in what I do. Customers, you pay good money for your contracts. Pass the word..someone at first american has to finally see what they are doing
