  • Tried setting up an appointment and had to make a minor change because of my work schedule. The woman I talked to was very rude and showed no empathy. I reacted poorly but she couldn't give me any option on a reschedule that was reasonable. The only other appointment was 4 months later and I need an appointment to get a prescription that's required to stay alive. It's a required medicine. She showed very little empathy and so I had to hang up and try and find someone else. Who knows if I'll be able to find someone or not. The doctors may be great, I'll never know, but their office sucks.
