| - Update: Chloe Spa called me minutes after I'd posted this review about my experience and offered me a free SNS manicure, which I accepted. I went last Saturday and they were very apologetic and professional, and threw in a free paraffin wax treatment as well. One week later and my nails still look brand new. Not sure what went wrong the first time but I applaud Chloe Spa's dedication to making it right, and I look forward to returning.

I visited Chloe Spa for the first time last Saturday. It gives me no pleasure to write this negative review, since I received very professional and friendly treatment by both my nail technician and the salon owner.
However, I have to remark about the quality of my SNS powder dip manicure. I got my manicure done less than a week ago, last Saturday, and already today, eight of my fingers are chipped! Some of my nails started chipping merely two days after I got them done. This is a $40 manicure that is meant to last at least two weeks. I have been getting SNS manicures for a few months now and every other one I've received (from different salons) has not chipped for at least two weeks, and usually doesn't chip at all, only grows out until it's too unsightly and has to get redone. Now, my nails look like I did them myself, except I paid $40 for the service. I do hope Chloe Spa reevaluates the technique they use to give SNS manicures, because it's ridiculous how quickly mine chipped compared to every other SNS manicure I've received.
I will continue my search for a quality nail salon in Las Vegas that offers SNS manicures.
