| - Should give 0 stars, lost a loyal customer to them today. Heres what happened.
2 days ago I walked in with my dog a 16 year old Shih Tzu, partially blind.
Asked for a haircut they said he can come in the next business day at 8 am. We go the day of apointment, and find out the A/C is out and they would give us a free top dog cut, nail trim and grind. Sounds awesome, right ??? Heres the catch
today, the day of my dogs apointment we arrive and get there early, we had to wait a few minutes due to the lady doing his hair was in yet, so we waited. We walk into grooming and first thing she does is she looks at my dog and says, "I can not cut him today hes a senior liability". He was just cut in March from same location. Another employee said the same, said "oh the policy just went into effect probably the time you last came and no one told you" So we leave with this happening, and in front of other customers. This is also the same Petsmart a whole year ago we went to the Banfield hospital and my dog got a tooth knocked out by staff as they tried to muzzle him. I still havent heard back about that fuckin incident either. Shows you how petsmart treats their customers and myself a disabled Veteran. Go fuck yourself Petsmart
