  • Dealt with Ed while inquiring about a guitar he had for sale. Not only was he insulting, but he was just flat out rude. How is this guy still in business? If you're looking for a minimum level of customer service or respect, go elsewhere. Judging from others experiences, it seems like I am not alone in my experience...
