  • Came in to cash my check but was turned away due to activity going on in my works account. We were told to step aside and wait and that its gonna be a while. I called my boss and she told me to call an authorized Chase Bank representative who was handling this situation. I did and got ahold of him within 5 minutes. I'm confused as to why I am waiting here for 30 minutes when all they need to do is make a phone call.
