horrendous experience. rarely have i seen people with less compassion. my doctor is great but he needs to pick a new endoscopy center. i forgot my purse. . pardon me for getting no sleep and being tired as hell doing prep for prior 24 hours . they Refused to start without a credit card that they only wanted to have on file and not even charge and then refused to start unless I have the card in hand, a picture of it wasn't enough. Which is ridiculous since not even charging the card. The front office staff, the director, and the corporate offices all need a reality check. I will say the nurses in the back and my physician where amazing but I still would never go there again. I've been a nurse for over 20 years, and I never would treat a patient the way the director treated me. Zero compassion, zero understanding and zero help. And I wasn't the only one with an issue with the front office that day so it's probably a common thing. Like most Healthcare companies these days they don't care about the patient at all they care about their bottom line. They were willing to cancel a procedure that I had prepped for for 24 hours and had gotten sick as hell, and they could care less. Luckily I used my fiance's credit card, and they had the gall to tell me I could call billing when I got home and give them my credit card number to change it on file! But I couldn't do that to begin with my having my neighbor snap me a picture of my card so I can give them the information? Ridiculous customer service. Shop around, it's really worth it these days with HSA accounts to find the best customer service and the best rates neither of which this place has.
