  • I have been using this shop for years, the Tempe location. Always pleased with the arrangements. This time though, oddly, the roses started dying in a couple of days. I called them and they were so apologetic. They sent out a fresh arrangement with a very sweet note of apology and to thank me for the business. Things happen occasionally in life, but it's what we do to correct them that makes the difference. I will continue to use them and i thank you Phoenix Flower Shop for your courteous and prompt resolution!!
