  • I have to agree with everyone that has posted on here. Please reconsider living here. There has been nothing but trouble and problems living at this apartment complex. The other day there were two cars that had their windows smashed and belongings stolen. The apartment has plenty of infestation problems (cockroach the size quarts and scorpions the size of domino piece). I've had their "exterminator" come and spray my apartment several times and still nothing. The most they actually do for the pest are leave traps laying around. When the exterminator comes he doesn't bother to change them, he just lays new traps next to the old traps. The apartment complex always smells like marijuana and you get a lot of teenagers from the local high school hanging around smoking cigarettes. If you have a family, please reconsider a different location. The management will put on a face act to sell you an apartment, but after you've signed the lease they don't care about you. There are always pigeons flying around, I actually had to report to animal services that I found several dead birds on the premise.
