1. Miserable slot attendants on Wednesdays & Thursdays....avoid at all costs.
2. Cocktail service is in the toilet...
3. Bartenders: Generally speaking, they are unaware of high-end players at the bar and appear to be very new (green) when it comes to industry service standards.
4. Floor managers (CSM's) fail to relay messages and do not keep their word.
5. The GM fails to return phone calls and has made very few (if any) improvements to a dying operation.
This review was extremely fortunate that it even earned a single-star.
