I had the Large Honkin' Beef Ribs and it was awesome. For $27, you get ribs with a massive amount of meat on each. I would guess that there's about a pound and a half of meat total.
The meat was pretty tender but the marbling could have been better. You can only get a certain amount of tenderness without sufficient marbling. But let's keep it real - at a higher end restaurant, you would get better marbling but you would get one of these ribs for probably $40+.
The service was attentive and the atmosphere is fine.
