  • This is only a factual recollection of my experience with EPIC Landscape today. After reading all the raving reviews, I felt extremely enthusiastic to call EPIC Landscape for my landscaping needs! From their previous reviews it appeared as if they were a customer service oriented company. To my surprise, the person I spoke with on the phone, I believe his name was Dan, was the mere opposite! I was initially greeted with an abrupt "hello" which sounded like I was interrupting something more important and inconveniencing the person on the phone with my call. Before I could even finish my initial sentence of what yard work I needed done, the representative of EPIC Landscape rudely interrupted me by telling me that their minimum project price that they are willing to oversee is no less than $2500. Then he continued brush me off by saying that he's really busy and completely booked-up for the next 6 months. I understand that sometimes people have bad days. As a person who works in the customer service industry, I have never encountered a more arrogant, egotistical and money minded customer service representative! I am most positively certain and grateful that I won't be using EPIC Landscape for my landscaping endeavors!
