Went here back in April and we purchased the gender reveal package with the 3D scan upgrade. Went in for the appointment and things went great. The baby was a bit stubborn and we couldn't get the 3D scan at that time. The sonographer told us that the picture wouldn't be that great anyway since we were only 15 weeks along and that we should just reschedule around 28 weeks... fair enough. The receptionist told us that she'll just go ahead and credit the account and we can just schedule a time to come back and do the scan... seems reasonable right?
You would think that means come back and get what you paid for... not here it doesn't. It means calling to schedule an appointment and having to fight with Shawna over the phone because she'll just talk over you the whole time. It also means her disconnecting the phone lines. When you come in to confront her and get her name, you find the phone line disconnected and her lying about how it went down. It also means her saying "I don't care" when you say that you're going to write a review. It also means "now I'm not refunding you because you threatened me." Is the owner blind to her? I'm not the only person complaining about her.
Even if I misunderstood, shouldn't that mean listening to a customer vent? And then try to rectify the situation? It's not like I'm complaining over a pair of jeans I bought. I came here trusting that you'll make the pregnancy chapter of our lives special. I guess that's too much too ask. Miracle In Progress needs progress of their own
