  • I'm really bummed about my experience. I was recommended by two people to see Kim. The person who booked my appointment talked me out of using Kim saying she can't do lighter pressure (which sounds ridiculous because I've never had a masseuse unable to adjust to clients need which makes me wonder if they were trying to promote someone else) Instead I listened to their advice and went with another masseuse and she was very painful. Nice girl but I'm in a lot of pain now. My shoulder area hurts to the lightest touch. I feel like one big bruise. I was looking forward to this treat all week so this was a huge disappointment.
