  • I went here today since I had a great experience for the first time. We've been waiting for a while, and I know their busy but they just gave my waffle order away to someone that just walked in like 5 minutes ago. I have been waiting for nearly 20-25 minutes and now I was told that the person was new and I have to wait another 10 minutes. No empathy and no customer service what so ever. Another about to fail sweet shop!
