| - While travelling for the first time in Las Vegas, my family and I found that this places was the best buffet in our price range. The sushi rolls where very delicious with an extensive amount of teriyaki and salads, but no sashimi. Still, the place is relatively clean and feels like how most buffets in Vegas should be like, but are not.
The kitchen staff is very dedicated to serving the best Japanese cusine has to offer, with bits of tempera shrimp in and excellent udon broth. The wasabi fish egg rolls also offered a unique taste I thoroughly enjoyed. That said, along with the prices range, this place has the best sushi chefs in the area.
Unfortunately, not everything could be perfect. Though the staff of chefs creating masterful creations behind the open counter did their job very professionally, I could not say the same about the waitresses. As one of the many Asian-American families eating at the restaurant, my family noticed how there were frequent stares from the busing staff. They were very discourteous by talking behind our backs, as I noticed how they stared waiting for us to leave. This is because as travellers we wanted to stay for a bit to rest, but the staff probably wanted us to leave quickly for more room even though there were plenty of spaces left. I am disappointed by the waitress staff, not the food or the kitchen staff.
One more thing, the chocolate fountain I believed was gone is actually back and very tasty.
