  • Ordered a patio set online. Confirmation e-mail States they would deliver between 10-12 am. Took off work to meet them. I received a call that they would be at my house between 12-0200. Then I received another call stating they would deliver between 0200-400, than called and said 4-600pm. Cancelled order for a refund. Four different times spanning the whole day !!! Hey Lowe's $&@" you ! You cost me money and wasted my time. Also cancelled my 5 ton A/C unit. That's $9200. Bam! And another $450 for the patio set- bam ! Yes that just happen ! This is because Lowe's does not manage the contracting companies. Whom ever manages this part of the company should be fired !!
