  • Not sure what has happened to this place. They were really on the ball for a number of years and now they have lost their Edge. Have dropped off multiple Lots of items for auction there. The first batch were dropped off in October of 2016 only about 75% of the 25 items have been sold 5 months after being dropped off. They told me one or two months Max to get them up to auction we are close to 10 months now. They also appraised many items at much higher than they actually came in on. For instance a few of the items were valued between $300 and $900 and sold for $10 to $15. They also put them on an online auction which is not what I wanted, if I wanted to sell it on eBay I would have done so and only paid a fraction of the commission fee. Other items they cannot find and say they are looking for them. That's been going on for over 6 months. The service and communication is lacking very heavily. Not sure if it is the management, owners or just lazy employees. But you guys need to get your stuff together and I want my items back or be paid for them. Really upset about the misrepresentation of what the items were supposed to get at auction versus what they sold for. I understand not getting the full value but to Value something for $400 or $800 and you sell it for $10 you must be doing something wrong. I've read this complaint in many other reviews. Highly suggest not putting stuff for sale here and just using eBay, Let It Go or offer up and not pay any commissions. Where's my stuff or my money?
