The meats are top notch. My favorites were the Brazilian Picanha and leg of lamb. Both were well seasoned, succulent and tender. The salad bar is very well laid out and has a wide variety of choices. I thoroughly enjoyed the asparagus, green beans and couscous salad. My companion and i split one of the cheesecake offerings for dessert. The cheesecake was exceptional, not the overly sweet stuff shoveled out at Cheesecake factory. Okay, the service, I note some yelpers have complained about the service. The service we got was just absolutely spot on -- the hostess, our waitress and the guys bringing the meat were all totally professional and could not have made us feel more at home. We shared a bottle of Chilean wine, the Riberas gran reserva cab sauvignon. It was excellent. For meats this good you expect to pay. I don't understand why some yelpers complain. The pricing is very upfront. Sorry whiners, this is not the Texas Road House or Applebees. I for one am glad it is not.
