Shared branching with other CUs is difficult. For some reason, DSFC seems to be the only CU that requires the use of some numeric code for you to complete a transaction at another CU if you have a DSFC account. In additon, their customer service is the WORST! They seem to want to reference your SSN to do almost anything related to your account. The overuse of SSNs as well as the exceptionally poor customer service led me to close my account nearly one month ago. If you don't mind poor customer service and unnecessarily complicated shared branching transactions, then they a CU worth considering. If you do mind these things then don't bother.BTW, my online account login credentials seemed to need to be reset almost everytime I tried to access my account online. My personalized password almost never worked. And to reset it they of course required me to disclose my SSN. Such nonsense.
