  • The first haircut I received at Parlour wasn't exactly as I'd imagined. When the owner, Taylor, learned that I was unhappy he immediately contacted me and offered a free re-cut. I accepted his offer and had my hair re-done a few days later and I LOVE it. It's a fantastic cut, exactly what I wanted. Beyond the great haircuts, the customer service at Parlour is clearly top-notch and they care very much about making the customer happy. Five stars!
