  • Nancy(The Owner) & Sarah(the Groomer) are amazing! I have a rescue puppy that is 6 years old and he only started getting groomed 2 years ago when I rescued him. He takes extra extra long to do his groom properly. Having just moved to the area from NYC- I was in need of a groomers. I had recommendations to another groomers and explained to them about Sprockets issues how he needs breaks and he will have to be there for multiple hours. Needless to say that groomers was a disaster. However when I spoke with Nancy and Sarah they told me no worries we will work with him and make him feel as comfortable as possible. They did an amazing job on his cut and even called me 4 hours in to let me know that he was doing great! They really do care about the dogs that are in their care. Nancy spoke with me when she was in the play area and knew every dogs name and there were over a dozen dogs playing around. That does show that she cares about all her "K-9 clients". Sprocket will be back and High five to Nancy & Sarah!
