  • Because this was the first time my fiance and I had been to this location, we got the complimentary first time price, which was 49.99 each with complimentary aromatherapy. We arrived and I was plesently surprised with how clean everything was. I am a previous member of Massage Envy, and never witnessed any of their locations so well-kept. Even the bathroom was very nice. I also noticed how quiet the rooms were. At Massage Envy, while in the middle of my massage, I could always hear someone talking in the hallway or the room next door. Not here though. This was the first massage for my fiance so he didn't quite know what to expect. His massage therapist was Barbara. His only complaint was that she may have been a little rough. If we ever return, he will probably ask for a different massage therapist. As for myself, I've had dozens of professional massages before, so I knew what to expect. My massage therapist was Sheila (I think that was her name?). I have a very sensitive back that can't stand too much pressure, so when I advised her of this, she was very careful and gave me very light pressure, which is something I really appreciated. The only complaints I have about this location and the reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5: 1- Sheila breathed VERY HEAVILY during my massage, which at first made it very, very difficult to relax. However, the massage felt so amazing that I just moved past it and eventually didn't even notice it. 2- As soon as we walked out of our appointment, we were pressured into a membership. We cannot afford this option, and thanked the staff, in which they kept trying to press it on us further in front of everyone. Overall, mostly satisfied with our experience here. Will return in the future when we have the money, but it was great taking advantage of the first-time trial.
