They messed up our reservations when I made them over the phone by mispelling my last name. They couldn't even find it with the credit card they had already charged until the 6th time searching for it. Took them hours to straighten out. Wanted me to print out something from my credit card company saying I was billed for a room even after calling credit card company and getting a reference number. Like I have a printer with me. Also the couple beside us have had similar issues with this hotel before. They were charged twice! Why they keep coming back I don't know. They made no effort to make up for the mishap. Poor customer service. They even messed up my email address so I got no confirmation. No washcloths in room which is a big deal when you are paying that much for a room. Don't waste your hard earned money or time. Again, poor, poor customer service.
