  • Walter and team were great. I took my 2004 VW in for a coolant leak. They thought it was just a hose so they took it all apart to find out it wasn't the hose but a cracked plastic housing they were unable to replace. They said they'd put it all back together and recommended I take it to the dealer for repair. It was simply too much for them. Reason for the 5 star review: they didn't charge me a dime. Thanks for your honesty and commitment to quality customer service. I'll be back when I have just a radiator problem.
