  • This store is too big. Way to big. I can only ever find service over by the fridges/sinks (big ticket items) so of course they'll want to help you but only if your'e purchasing a pricey item! There is too much wandering around trying to find what we need and I get sick of it quickly. I wish I could still support shopping at Menards because I would go back there in a heartbeat, it's so much better, but alas I am now stuck making my purchases here. They need to downsize or find a better way to communicate exactly what products are where if they want to get more business.
